What we look for in a Resume

• Superior analytics as displayed by strong academic performance in a respected and relevant area of study
• Displayed excellence in leadership/team roles (extra curricular activities, charity work, other)
• Work experience which essentially comprises the caliber of firm, the level of responsibility, the performance exhibited by the individual in this role, and any signs of entrepreneurial spirit. For those applicants coming from industry, work experience is of much more importance.
